- Forgot a PDF password we set? We cannot recover it — encryption has no backdoor.
- A specific tool isn't working? Try the latest Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Safari. Most tool issues are caused by old browsers.
- Want a feature? Send it. We read every request and prioritise based on how many people ask for the same thing.
- Want to translate the UI? Email us — translators get a credit on the humans.txt file.
