Tips
- Most contracts expect blue ink to distinguish the signature from photocopies — pick the blue swatch.
- For initials, type your initials in the Type tab — fast and consistent.
- Photographed signatures look professional when you check "Remove background".
Frequently asked questions
Is this a legally binding signature?
GN PDF lets you add a visual signature to a document. Whether it constitutes a legally binding electronic signature depends on jurisdiction (UETA / ESIGN / eIDAS) and the parties' agreement. For high-value contracts, use a qualified eSignature provider.
Can I pick my ink colour?
Yes — six preset colours plus a custom colour picker, and an adjustable pen-size slider.
How do I save the signature for reuse?
After you add it once, the Image Library stores it in your browser. The next time you visit, it appears under the Images tool ready to drop in.
